BTW...Lou had not done any rhinestone motifs...so I had him put in the stones, pick up with the tape....and trim to take home... We also put two motifs on a shirt for Myrna...I think she liked them!...gold stones...black shirt

She loved them.. Charles showed me how easy it was. My business has taken such a turn from when I started 4 years ago. From doing tees to coming up with product for you guys. So I had not taken the time to learn winpc for rhinestone.. Charles showed me how easy it was.

Well. I can see that the Slider sure beats my piece of cardstock or parchment paper that I wrangle into the garment. And that it would work really well with the Big Pad. More details, please, sir Lou.

Boomer,,
This slider inserts into the shirt why,,,, because if you dont,, when doing rhinestones and other mediums you end up with a shirt glued together with glue stuck on the back side you can see after pressing,,

or ink that goes all the way thru,,,,when pressing screen print,, at least i get it,,,

the teflon sheet makes it easy to slide in and slide out,,,,
so it keeps production going,,

the slider is not bendable so it does not fold or give you issues

It is a 13.5 on one side, and a 15 on the other,,
so for smaller tees and tanks use the 13.5 side,,
see the attached princess shirt that is a youth med kids shirt i did,,

when you do a 2x3x or larger pattern,, turn it and slide it right on in,,,,

I love it,,, and it is very inexpensive,,

when glue or ink gets builds up on my slider sheet i take a white eraser and  wipe it down, this gets rid of it,, and ready for use the net time ,, this will be something you want 2,, while the one rhinestone design is cooling you have a nother,, to us...
I took my big pad out,, and when i used it as there is a pad under the teflon sheet,,
I am sure you could use both at once,, you will have to adjust your pressure then,,,,,,
I love this thing

So the teflon sheet is attached to a thin pad on the Slider itself? I mean I know it would have to be attached to something to keep it rigid, is it like a thin mousepad only stiffer?

Lou has put a stiff  heat resistant product under the pad and then teflon over.
slide it in,, slide it out,,
I will use one in a video,, to show you how easy it is,,,,,
I needed this for my Moondance shirts,,,

1/8th high heat acrylic 1/4 high heat silicon pad attached with 4 aluminum post screws and covered with 13.5 x 19 Teflon sheet held on with high heat industrial double back tape (Teflon replaceable) about 3/8 total thickness. The acrylic plate was tested with pad and Teflon at 400 degrees at 50 seconds. No problems with heat. Charles and I checked heat after pressing garment at 350 degrees. IR gun showed 300 on top of pad and 135 on bottom (acrylic Plate) heat is diminished. Hope that helps.

Exactly what I was wondering. Thank, Lou. Cool
And I can see where it would have been very useful for your MoonDance shirts Smiley
